HAB Caicos Sonics (P.A.B.A.) inked 22-year old American guard C.J. Foster (190-84kg-95). He just graduated from Arkansas State University (NCAA). Foster has played there for the last three years. In 32 games he averaged 4.7ppg and 2.2rpg last season.


As mentioned above he is just out of the college and it will be his first season in pro basketball.
